A world-renowned culinary speciality, Iberian ham is the pride of Spain. The exceptional quality of these air-dried hams is due to the acorns on which the black pigs feed. But the majority of Spanish pigs live in intensive livestock farms, a practice that is harmful to the animals and to the environment.
