Greece: working more for less pay

Labor laws in Greece have been steadily eroded since the 2010s financial crisis, a process that has accelerated under the conservative government elected in 2019. The latest reform raises the maximum daily working time to thirteen hours, sparking fierce resistance from unions and opposition parties.
