Italy to lose European funding?

It's a key project but the new tramline in Rome is facing problems. The work hasn't yet really started and the European money funding the project must be spent in the next year. As the main beneficiary of the European post-Covid relaunch plan, with almost 200 billion euros available, Italy is struggling to meet deadlines and hit targets, risking losing the money from Brussels.
