Serbia: protests bring Serbs and Bosnians together

Students have been protesting in Serbia for months — including in Novi Pazar, home to many Bosnian Muslims. After enduring years of discrimination, they’re now experiencing solidarity for the first time. Joint actions, such as distributing Korans in Cyrillic script, have become powerful symbols of reconciliation. Young people — and even war veterans — are sending a message of unity and hope.
