In the Tenderloin neighbourhood of San Francisco, thousands of homeless drug addicts are in thrall to Fentanyl, an opioid painkiller 50 times more potent than heroin. With 700 drug-related deaths every year, the Californian city is in a drug death spiral with dead bodies regularly found on the street.
