Eating sustainably, an experiment: Part I
Food production accounts for a third of all global greenhouse gas emissions. Choosing what we eat can have a massive impact on the environment. But sometimes, it’s hard to know what products are the most sustainable. This Swiss restaurant offered its clients a chance to pick the most climate-friendly dishes. And the results were surprising.
