Electric Cars at All Costs

To reduce CO2 emissions, European lawmakers have agreed to ban the sale of new carbon-emitting petrol and diesel cars by 2035. But are electric cars truly more environmentally friendly? Will the continent’s electricity production and grid be able to sustain this move? And most importantly, will these cars be affordable to all?
