The Tree of Authenticity
86 min
Available until 16/10/2026
In Yangambi, Congo, the remains of a research centre for tropical agriculture bear witness to the colonial past. The documentary highlights the connection between colonisation and the climate crisis and in doing so, adopts an unusual perspective: that of the tree of authenticity, which plays a decisive role in climate regulation.
