Carine and the Chip Van

Carine Ducreux, 58, has been doing one odd job after another ever since she was a young girl: She’s worked as a waitress, a factory worker and a cleaning lady before investing all her savings in a snack van. For the past ten years, she has been plying the roads of the south of France selling chips, burgers, and paninis to tourists and locals alike. But as her van gives up the ghost, what is she to do now? A very personal documentary filmed by Carine’s son, Yann Ducreux.
