Just a few kilometres off the coast of North Korea, the South Korean islands of Yeonpyong and Baeknyeongdo are at the frontline of tensions between the two countries. Last January, 60 shells were fired by the North, leading to the evacuation of Yeongpyong. Life on the islands is tense, as fishermen can attest.
