Using Sex Education to Fight the Patriarchy

Some northern European countries introduced sexual education in their schools as early as the 50s and 60s. In countries like Italy and Romania, however, the topic is still too sensitive. A revolution of habits and customs is not likely to take place tomorrow, but the fight to implement proper sexual education in schools across the country is alive and well.
