Only yes means yes - The story of a European law on rape
This summer, the European Parliament introduced an unprecedented law to ensure that member states provide adequate support for rape victims and punish perpetrators. But it has run into legal and ideological roadblocks from some countries, including France and Germany, which refuse to define rape as the absence of consent.
