Last winter, the writer Pierre Lemaître completed a film on the volunteers of the Secours populaire. Filmed in Reims, this documentary tells the daily life of Jacques Bresson, a retired teacher who now devotes a part of his life to supporting the poor.

It’s an area with high unemployment rates and is home to people from many different nationalities, both a melting pot and socially deprived. Mustafa now runs a kiosk in the middle of the district, on Berliner Platz. Between high-rises, friendships and poverty, we discover his life.
