In the centre of São Paulo, the largest city in the Southern Hemisphere, a whole area is completely taken over by the drug trade. Locals call it Cracolandia (Crackland), a city district where thousands of homeless and addicts live. But in this desperate place, a clown is trying to help the most vulnerable.
