Finland is facing an ever-increasing dilemma. It has been investing billions of euros into defence and reinforcing its army since the war of agression led by Russia on Ukraine. The memory of the Russian attack against the still young country during the Second World War is ever present. Finalnd lost about 10% of its territory to Russia. But today, the Nordic State is in a lot of debt and its economy is struggling to recover.
