Sarajevo: Were there really sniper safaris?

"Human safaris" carried out during the Bosnian War in the mid-1990s. During the siege of Sarajevo, wealthy Europeans are alleged to have paid to shoot at civilians from Bosnian Serb sniper posts. These serious allegations have caused a stir in the media and triggered several investigations. But there is still no conclusive evidence to support them. Did it really happen? In collaboration with the Balkan Investigative Reporting Network, (BIRN) we have investigated the story.
