A documentary film as a fairy tale: This film follows the everyday life of Lydia, a queer ornithologist who lives at the edge of the forest in Shcherbinka, a suburb of Moscow. Lydia loves David Lynch’s famous television series Twin Peaks and decides to produce a Russian remake at home. To do so, she makes a life-size silicone doll of her favourite actress Lara Flynn Boyle and embarks on a very particular creative journey.
