Pepe Mujica is "the poorest president in the world." From spring 2010 to 2015 the former guerrilla and flower grower ruled Uruguay, and now sits as a Senator in Parliament. The filmmaker Heidi Specogna visited the now 81-year-old and his partner. Her film is a moving portrait of a remarkable man. Throughout his whole life, his attitude and perseverance, his cheerfulness and his vision, have been a testament to one thing: that there IS another way.
