The Management Board of ARTE GEIE, located in Strasbourg, directs the channel’s operations and reports regularly to the General Assembly. Its four members are appointed for a four-year term of office. Representatives of ARTE France and ARTE Deutschland may be invited to attend extended meetings of the Management Board.
