Technical difficulties

• What if I'm directed to an empty page or I get an error message after clicking on the confirmation e-mail?

  To receive a new confirmation e-mail, go directly to the MyARTE website or click onto the “Log in” button, which is located on the top right corner of the ARTE website. If you now try to log in with your e-mail address and password, a message will appear, which will ask you to check your e-mail inbox again and give you the option to resend the confirmation e-mail.
