• I signed up for the Newsletter but I don't receive it; what should I do?

  If you do not receive the newsletter despite logging in, we advise you to check your spam folder and to add the address of the newsletter, information@newsletter.arte.tv, to your address table.

  If you still do not receive the newsletter, please send us a message using the contact form. That way, we can fix it as quickly as possible and make sure that you stay up to date on the highlights and your favourite programmes in the future.
