Ak Dan Gwang Chil first formed in 2015 to mark 70 years of liberation from Japanese colonial rule. Powered by three astonishing folk singers, the six members of ADG7 use their music to express their hope of Korean reunification. Shamanic chants, traditional folk and brash pop underpinned by a serious dedication to upholding Korean cultural traditions.
