Emma (2/4)

Continuously tracking Mr. Elton's interest in Harriet, Emma encourages the young woman's hopes despite warnings from her brother-in-law, who suspects the vicar has ulterior motives. During a dinner at the Westons', the aspiring matchmaker realises that John was right all along. While visiting Miss Bates, Emma discovers that her niece, the elegant and reserved Jane Fairfax, has returned to the village for a few months. Shortly after, Mr. Weston informs her that his son Frank Churchill will be visiting.
