Life of a Shock Force Worker
A Bosnian coal miner called Adem spends his days chiseling away in deep, dark and difficult conditions. Praised for his hard work and achievements, he is an exemplary socialist worker. But his life is far from glamorous. A classic of Yugoslav cinema, the film is a critique of a regime that pushed workers to break their backs for the greater good while they seldom reaped the rewards.
