Voices of Exile
In March 2022 filmmaker Elena Hazanov, who left Russia as a child refugee for Switzerland, joins a humanitarian expedition to help Ukrainian refugees at the Polish-Ukrainian border. Back in Switzerland Hazanov films the daily lives of Ukrainian refugees with their host families. A documentary that gets to the heart of what exile means.
