Viktor Orban won his fourth consecutive electoral victory in April. The Prime Minister of Hungary welcomes Ukrainian refugees, despite been strongly hostile to other refugees in the past. For twelve years, the leader of the Fidesz party has imposed his model of the illiberal democracy on the EU, which is at odds with some fundamental values of the bloc.
