Dispatches From Ukraine: Local Journalists ReportRussian Prisoners of War in Ukraine
In western Ukraine, former holiday centres have been turned into prisoner of war camps for captured Russian soldiers. Many of them come from the Donbass. They will be tried and punished for their actions. The Ukrainian authorities say they are committed to respecting international standards and treating the prisoners well.
