Dispatches From Ukraine: Local Journalists ReportOrphans of War
In Ukraine, at least 800 children have been orphaned by the war. Others have been separated from their families during the evacuations. Kyiv is trying to simplify the administrative procedures to allow these children to be adopted or fostered.
