Barcelona is a big tourist destination with an even bigger pickpocket problem. Street crime has risen sharply over the last few years. Some local residents have had enough and have created their own citizen patrols to hunt down pickpockets at tourist hotspots and on the metro. Are they right to take the law into their own hands?
