In Romania, state animal shelters kill their dogs after just two weeks. Animal charity Smeura runs the largest private kennel in the world, taking in as many of those dogs as it can. Among them, is a little black and white female, number 44330. Her handlers hope that they'll be able to give her a new life in Germany.
