Jennifer Weist, Disarstar, Blond, PTK and the “Ton Steine Scherben” are German artists with one thing in common: the use music to send out radical political messages out. Because if the cultural world isn’t ready to play politics, then who is? These outspoken artists live in squats and write songs against the far-right AfD party, sometimes tinkering around the edges of legality.
