During apartheid, black people in more than groups of three could be arrested by police. But that didn’t stop the Bboys of Cape Town, who developed their own version of breakdancing. Emile and Tanswell Jansen founded the group Black Noise, hip-hop group the poster-child of the youth of South African of the Mandela era.
