How is sugar produced and processed? We consume an average of 38 kilograms a year, but how good is it for us? And what about all the sugar we don't even realise we're eating? We track down the hidden sugars in everyday foods, and challenge one person to go sugar-only and another to go totally sugar-free for ten days to see the difference.
