The Real Taste of a Tomato

Xenius visits  La Bourdaisière estate in Touraine, where 650 varieties of tomatoes are lovingly grown. Next, the team talks to a researcher from the University of Florida who is fighting to save the tomato's flavour. Its taste has been changing - and degrading - minutely over the decades. It is now merely a poor imitation, with nothing of the richness of the original flavour.
