Jean-Philippe Teyssier, a landscape architect, is continuing his tour of the world's most beautiful gardens with twenty new destinations. In the twelfth century, the city of Ninfa, ruled by the Caetani family, flourished, only to be decimated by civil wars and malaria two centuries later. What was left became the inspiration for one of the most unique and beautiful gardens in Italy.
