Cristóbal, 9, lives in one of the most remote regions of Peru. He is a member of the Q'eros ethnic group, descendants of the Incas, who are fiercely attached to their traditions. It is customary, in particular, for the newborn alpaca to be entrusted to a child of the community. Cristóbal's mission, as 'godfather' to the young animal, is to protect it during the first months of its life.
